Bexley is considered one of the most desirable areas in Central Ohio. Columbus OH homes for sale in Bexley are certainly in the higher price range. Most of the homes are 50 years old and were built in a park like setting. When you look for Bexley homes you should expect to do upgrades, if the house is listed below market value. Bexley homes for sale range from low $100,000 homes to million dollar estates.
This week HUD listed one Bexley home. This is very rare. Over the past 2 years I did not see a single HUD house inside the City limits.
The HUD home I am talking about is located at 173 N Ardmore Road. That’s a block north of Broad Street near Cassady Ave. This house is larege, offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and almost 2,000 sqft of living space.
It is currently listed as a HUD home for $218,000. Comparable retail sales in this area are $250K and up. However, this house needs some work and there is some mold in the basement. Take a closer look at the pictures I took when I previewed this house on Friday – simply click on the pictures below.
