Quite a few of our recent HUD listings were condos. All of them are FHA insured, two are less than 5 years old, and most of them are in the suburbs.

You can buy some of our featured HUD condos below market value. This means that your monthly mortgage payment will be way less than what you would have to pay for rent.

Columbus condos were a very hot item during the housing boom. Developers built new condos in the suburbs converted old building to condos in the downtown and historic areas of the city.

As easy financing vanished many new Columbus condos sat vacant and the owners converted them to rental communities. You still can get excellent deals on these Columbus condos, if you can’t get financing at this time, but qualify for a rent-to-own or lease purchase program.

There’s NO renting of HUD condos!

Many people call us about renting HUD homes. They are usually part of the Section 8 vouchers program, which is also administered by HUD, and offers government support for rents. Section 8 vouchers can’t be used to buy HUD homes or condos.
