To ensure a quick sale, Susanne recommended upgrades to compete with listings in the neighborhood with upgrades that would yield a positive return on the investment. After some staging and decluttering, hiring a professional photographer and creating a virtual model of the property, Susanne launched her 4 Day Marketing Blitz.
She promoted the listing in various social media channels and generated thousands of views on Facebook to attract buyers to the open house – where she convinced a buyer to write an offer. Timing was important for the sellers, as they were in contract on another house.
Despite some remedies that had to be addressed, Susanne was able to ensure the owners closed and the sale of this home and the purchase of their new home the same day.
