Five New Dublin Subdivisions You Need to Know About

There’s a lot of new home construction going on in Central Ohio. Many clients ask me where they can find the new developments and subdivisions. Unfortunately, there’s no single place to look up new construction, and most builders don’t list their homes on the MLS.

To help you locate the best places to build in Northwest Columbus, I decided to feature new subdivisions in my newsletter every month. So, let’s get started with Dublin …

Dublin’s New Subdivisions & Construction Update

Here are 5 new developments in Dublin you may not know about:

Villages at Coffman Park

This new subdivision is literally a stone-throw away from Coffman Park, the site of the Dublin Irish Festival, Dublin City Hall and the Rec Center. Two developers – Virginia Homes & Romanelli & Hughes – are building detached condominiums, ideal for downsizing and maintenance free living. Homes are priced between $395K to $500K and offer more than 2,000 sqft of living space.

Riviera

The Riviera Golf Club west of Muirfield Village is in redevelopment. When you drive north on Avery Road you can see numerous homes sprouting up. There are still many lots for sale. Developers are M/I HomesVirginia Homes, as well as custom builders, such as Bob Webb, who sell individual lots. M/I builds for as “little” as $400K for a 2,000 sqft home.

Stansbury at Muirfield

This subdivision is located in the center of Muirfield Village. The previous owner of this property resisted the Muirfield development for 40 years – until now. Bob Webb acquired the site and has begun building 18 custom homes in this exclusive Dublin neighborhood. Prices start at $700K. A few lots are still available.

Celtic Crossing

Most of this new subdivision is built. Only 2 or 3 lots are still available. Celtic Crossing sits across the road from Dublin Jerome High School. It borders on Glacier Ridge Metro Park with easy access to the bike trails. The remaining lots are at the entrance of the development, near Pulte’s model home. Prices start at $430K. Inventory homes may still be available.

Ballantrae

There’s plenty of new construction activity on the southwest end of the Ballantrae development. Ryan Homes is building the Glens at Ballantrae starting at $340K. Across the street Schottenstein has begun construction of homes and free-standing condos at Ballantrae Woods (starting in the low $300’s). Lots are available. Although this community has a Dublin address, it is located in the Hilliard School District.
